In conjunction with the full enforcement of the revised Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the enforcement of China’s Personal Information Protection Law, we have revised the content of our existing Privacy Policy. 1. Basic Policy

ANA NEO Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) complies with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” of Japan (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information Protection Act”), other laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information and privacy, as well as relevant ministerial ordinances and guidelines regarding the handling of personal information in Japan.

Our company will obtain personal information by fair and appropriate means, after confirming the purpose of use of personal information.

    Details of enquiries, requests and complaints contained in correspondence withcustomers, (including their cause and solution), etc.
5. Disclosure of information to a third party

Our company will not disclose or provide personal customer information to any third party except under the following circumstances.

  • Customer consent has been obtained.
  • Disclosure or provision is required within the scope allowed by laws or regulations
6. Business entrustment

Our company may entrust a part of its business operations to third parties to which personal information may also be disclosed to the extent required to achieve the purpose of the entrustment. In these cases, our company will implement necessary and appropriate measures in supervising such third parities in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

Our company will make every effort to ensure that its employees are properly trained regarding appropriate handling to safeguard personal information of customers, and to prevent the leaks, loss, damage or unauthorized access of personal information.

8. Request about handling of personal information
  • If our company receives a request for disclosure, correction, deletion, addition, discontinuance, or erasure of the custormer’s personal information held by our company, the request will be handled according to the laws and regulations, within a reasonable timeframe and scope, after confirming that the request was submitted by the customer themselves or their deputies.
